2005—2013年昆山市肺结核控制现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆山市肺结核病疫情特点和控制效果,为今后开展肺结核病控制工作提供参考依据。方法以肺结核管理信息系统及相关统计报表为数据来源,对2005—2013年昆山市肺结核病疫情、流行特征、治疗效果进行描述分析。结果2005—2013年共登记管理活动性肺结核患者4 756例,登记率为30.69/10万,新涂阳为13.48/10万;男∶女=2.32∶1;涂阳患者25~34岁组人群占31.56%,其次是15~24岁组占29.46%。工人占57.42%,农民占15.37%。新涂阳患者治愈率为90.43%,涂阳患者平均治愈率为89.06%。发现方式为因症就诊占64.89%,综合医院转诊占17.28%,追踪占14.19%。结论肺结核疫情得到了有效控制,登记率有下降趋势,涂阳肺结核患者的治愈率达到并超过了《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》的要求。[Objective]To understand the epidemic characteristics and control effect of tuberculosis（TB） control in Kunshan City,provide the reference for implementing the TB control in the future.[Methods] Based on the data from TB management information system and the relevant statistics reports, the epidemic situation, epidemiological characteristics and treatment effect of TB in Kunshan City from 2005-2013 were investigated with the descriptive analysis.[Results]A total of 4 756 active TB cases were registered from 2005-2013, with the registration rate of 30.69/lakh, and the registration rate of new smear positive cases was13.48/lakh.The male-to-female ration was 2.32∶1. The smear positive patients aged 25-34 years old accounted for 31.56%, followed by 15-24 year-old age group, accounting for 29.46%. The proportion of worker cases and farmer cases was 57.42% and 15.37%respectively. The cure rate of new smear positive cases was 90.43%, and the average cure rate of smear positive cases was89.06%.64.89% of patients visited the doctor because of symptoms, the cases of comprehensive hospital referral accounted for17.28%, and the cases of follow-up accounted for 14.19%.[Conclusion]The epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis has been effectively controlled, the registration rate shows the downtrend, and the cure rate of smear positive TB patients has reached and exceeded the requirements of the China tuberculosis control program implementation guidance.
