摘　　要：鉴于目前船用焚烧炉的运行情况不易被监控,以西门子S7-200型PLC和TPC7062KS型触摸屏为硬件基础,利用信息化技术的最新成果,设计一种针对PSC检查的智能化新型船用焚烧炉监控系统。在控制界面中专门设置一个PSC检查资源库,以提高PSC检查的便利性和真实性。通过网络技术将船用焚烧炉的运行数据传送到岸基,实现环保设备的远程监控,创新海洋环境保护的新模式。该监控系统工作可靠性高、功能性强、技术先进,具有广阔的市场前景。In view of the difficuhies in inspecting the operation condition of the marine incinerator, a new intelligent monitoring system for marine incinerator is developed with the latest information technology based on Siemens S-200 PLC and TPC7062KS touch screen. A resource database for PSC inspection is designed, which can be accessed through the control interface. The design ensures the reliability of the inspection as well as the simplicity of the process. The operation data can be sent to the shore via network to achieve remote monitoring of equipment and make innovation in marine environment protection. Tests show that the monitoring system has the advantages in reliability and stability, therefore, great market potential.
