摘　　要：介绍了《高密度聚乙烯外护管聚氨酯发泡预制直埋保温复合塑料管》行业标准制定的背景,对标准的技术基础、内容和特点作了介绍和分析,重点分析了检测项目中轴向剪切强度与柔韧性的技术要求与试验方法。This paper introduced the background of industry standard of＂Prefabricated Directly Buried Composite Insulating Pipes with Polyurethane （PUR）Foamed-plastics and High Density Polyethylene （PE）Casing Pipes＂, also its technology foundations, contents and the innovation, mainly analyzed technical requirements and test methods of the axial shear strength and flexibility in testing project.
