长期参与体育运动对大学生心电图QRS波群的分析研究

摘　　要：目的由于近年来运动性死亡率的上升,通过对体育专业大学生进行四年的跟踪实验,分析长期参与体育运动对人体心电图QRS波群时限的影响。方法:采用心电图机进行四年的跟踪测试实验,其对测试者进行4次测试(该测试者在大一、大二、大三、大四,各测试一次),收集整理实验数据。结果:四年测试的心电图QRS波群时限无显著差异(P>0.05),QRS波群时限的最大范围值的比率上升了4%,与心脏功能有密切联系的血压和心率对心电图QRS波群时限有一定的影响。结论:长期参与体育运动的大学生其心电图QRS波群的时限没有差异,但是超出QRS波群的时限最大范围值的比率增加,同时心电图QRS波群时限增宽有可能使心脏生理指标呈显著差异(P<0.01)。[objective] Due to the rise of motility mortality of recent years,the auther analyzed the influence of long-term participation in sports on QRS wave group＇ time limit of mankind ECG through a 4-year tracking test of the P.E.majors＇ students.[Methods] The Bangjian ECG-1200 machine was adopted to do a 4-year tracking test.Through the three times tests on testers,the auther collected experimental data.[Results] The 4-year tracking experiment found that there was no significant difference in QRS wave group＇ time limit of mankind ECG（P 0.05）.The rate of the QRS wave group＇ time limit of maximum range increased by 4%.The blood pressure and heart rate related closely to heart had certain influence on QRS wave group＇ time limit of mankind ECG the two physiological index had significant difference（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] The electrocardiogram QRS wave group＇ time limit of the long-term participation in sports college students had no relevant differences.But The rate of the QRS wave group＇ time limit beyond maximum range increased.Meanwhile the broadening of QRS wave group＇ time limit may possibly make cardiac physiological indexes significantly difference（P〈0.01）.
