高考招生中的价值观问题

摘　　要：高考招生中既存在"英才主义"、"平等主义"、"程序正义"等不同价值观的冲突,也存在价值观与现实约束之间的矛盾,很多弊病是由"高考"之外的因素造成的。高考招生的制度设计,应该体现不同价值观间的"妥协"、"共存",在可行方案中做出"最优选择"。The college entrance examination in the existing ＂elitism＂, ＂equality＂, ＂procedural justice＂ and different values of conflict, there are values and the contradiction between realistic constraints, many ills is caused by factors outside of the ＂college entrance examination＂. The system design of college entrance examination enrollment should reflect the ＂compromise ＂and ＂coexistence＂ between different values, and make the best choice in the feasible plan＂.
