汽车用EPDM/EVA共混密封胶料的研究

摘　　要：以EPDM/EVA为主体材料、DCP/TAIC为硫化体系、TMTD/DM为硫化促进剂、MB/DNP为防老剂、1010为抗氧剂、汽缸油/石蜡为软化剂、槽法炭黑为补强剂、超细滑石粉/碳酸钙为填充体系,制备汽车用EPDM/EVA共混密封胶料,对密封胶料性能进行了测定。结果表明:EPDM/EVA密封胶料性能优良,适用于汽车密封胶料的生产。In this paper, the automobile sealent of the EPDM/EVA blend is studied. The material is prepared u-sing EPDM/EVA as main body, DCP/TAIC as vulcanization system, TMTD/DM as vulcanization accelerator, MB/DNP as anti-aging system, 1010 as antioxidant, Cylinder oil/wax as the softener, Channel black as reinforcing system and Ul-trafine talc/calcium carbonate as filler system. The properties of the automobile sealent material are demonstrated by a series of experiment means. The results indicate that the automobile sealent material is with excellent performance and is suitable for automobile sealant material production.
