环塔里木盆地非遗档案和数字化建设研究

摘　　要：档案是一个时期区域历史的存留。档案工作能够以史鉴今、留史资政,在大数据时代背景下,档案和数字化建设尤其重要。环塔里木盆地是世界四大文明体系和七大文化的汇集地,其历史文化遗存涵盖了人类历史的精华。在厘清环塔里木盆地非遗档案主体、客体和受众的基础上,针对非遗档案和数字化建设存在的问题提出解决对策:整体规划,统一规范和标准,实现重点突破;加强人才队伍建设,扩大融资渠道;加强非遗档案数字信息安全建设;结合旅游开发,实现数字化非遗档案的应用。Archives are remnants of regional history in a period of time. Archives work provide historical reference and guidelines for the government. Constructing digitization archives is particularly important in Big Data era. The four major cultural systems and seven cultures assemble around tarim basin,whose cultural heritage covers the essence of human history. This study clarifies archives subject,object and the audience of the Tarim non-material cultural heritage. This study aims at archives digitization construction situation and existing problems of non-material cultural heritage in tarim,and presents countermeasures to construct digitization archives and the path to develop the tourism.
