摘  要:为优化冷却塔风机轴系结构设计,减小其工况振动,根据冷却塔风机传动轴系的结构特点,利用传递矩阵法对其进行简化建模,建立了传递矩阵方程。运用Matlab软件矩阵运算能力,得到传动轴系的临界转速及主振型,分析结果表明该轴系结构具有良好的动态特性,且其薄弱部位集中在细长传动轴上。通过分析传动轴主的壁厚、外径、材料类型及加载弹性支承对轴系动态性能的影响,绘制出对临界转速的影响曲线,为轴系结构的设计及优化提供了重要理论依据,具有重要的工程实用价值。In order to optimize the structure design of cooling tower fan shaft and minimize the vibration of working condition,according to the structure characteristics of cooling tower fan shaft system,its model is established and simplified by using the transfer matrix method and the transfer matrix model is established. It obtains the critical speed of the axis and the main vibration mode through the software of Matlab matrix operation ability. The analysis results indicate that the shafting structure has good dynamic characteristics and the weak positions concentrate on the slender shaft. Analyzing the influence of the transmission shaft's wall thickness,outer diameter,material type and loaded elastic support on the dynamic performance of shafting,the critical speed 's effect curves are drawn. In this sense,it provides an important theoretic basis for the design and optimiztion of the axis system,and also has important practical value.
