摘 要:在物流运输行业迅速发展的背景下,针对现有起重运输机械操作培训中存在的时间长、效率低等种种弊端,提出了基于VR的起重运输机械培训仿真系统的设计方案。在分析仿真系统功能需求的基础上,使用3DS MAX和Open GL完成系统虚拟场景三维建模,基于Visual Studio.Net平台对OGRE图形渲染引擎进行二次开发,实现系统模型的实时渲染驱动,使用Visual C++语言开发出系统操作界面,最终实现起重运输机械的操作仿真。仿真实验结果表明该仿真系统设计合理、可靠实用,能够满足日常起重运输机械操作培训需求,具有一定的实用性和参考价值。Under the rapid development of transportation and logistics industry,the training simulation system for hoisting and conveying machinery based on VR technology was introduced to solve the problems of the long period,and low efficiency existed in the course of training. Firstly,an analysis was made of functional requirements of simulation system. The 3D model in virtual scene was built by 3DS MAX and S,and in order to implement the real-time rendering of the 3D model in virtual scene,the secondary development of OGRE based on Visual Studio. NET was made. The operating interface of system was developed by Visual C++. Finally,the training simulation system for hoisting and conveying machinery was realized based on that. The application tests showed that the simulation system is reasonable applicable and has considerable practical value.
