摘  要:针对飞机导管数字化设计过程中有时会出现弯曲半径不合理或不规范、直线段过短造成的无法实现数控弯管加工等工艺性问题,以及人工工艺性审查费力且容易出现疏漏,对飞机导管工艺性自动审查技术进行了研究。结合CATIA/CAA平台,以导管工艺规范为基础,基于MBD规范使用工艺信息提取技术、信息匹配技术,开发了飞机导管工艺性审查技术平台。该技术能自动提取导管工艺信息,将其与工艺规范进行匹配并自动审查导管工艺性是否合理,实现了导管工艺性快速、准确审查,提高了导管制造合格率与审查效率,在实际导管加工过程中具有一定的使用价值。According to the fact that the problems that the tube can't be manufactured by tube NC bending are sometimes caused by the unreasonable or nonstandard bending radius and too short line in the digital design of tube in our country,and the careless omission is easily caused by the difficult manual examination,the automatic examination technology for tube manufacturability is researched. Combining with the CATIA/CAA platform,the manufacturability examination platform is developed,which is based on the tube process standard,using information extracting technology and matching technique based on the MBD standard. The technology can automatically extract tube information that will be matched with the process standard,examine the tube manufacturability reasonableness,realize rapid and accurate examination and improve the tube manufacturing qualified rate and examination efficiency,which has a certain value in the actual tube manufacturing.
