竹地板防霉效果检验及评价方法探讨

摘  要:在温度为28、30℃,相对湿度为80%、90%、95%以上的环境下,分别使用球毛壳、黄曲霉、桔青霉、黑曲霉4种霉菌对竹地板进行28d霉变试验。试验结果表明:在温度28℃、湿度90%以上时霉变效果较为明显。建议采用该温湿度作为竹地板防霉效果的检测条件;检测时间以15~18d为最佳;同时可根据霉斑覆盖率的频次划分0~4级5个霉变等级作为评价标准。Under different temperature ( 28℃,30℃ ) and different humidity (80%,90%, more than 95%), bamboo flooring was tested on anti-mold function for 28 days by Chaetomium globosum, Aspergillusflavus, Penicillium citrinum and Aspergillus niger. The results showed that under the temperature of 28 ℃ and humidity of more than 90% ,the mildew effect is more obvious. 15-18d is the best time to test. At the same time, according to the mold coverage, the level of mildew will be divided into 0 - 4 grades as evaluation standard.
