摘 要:确定油橄榄(Olea europaea L.)果实最佳采摘时机是油橄榄具有优良生产加工工艺的基础。我国油橄榄在果实成熟度判别和采摘时机确定过程中存在管理粗放、采摘时机不合理等问题,很大程度上影响和制约了油橄榄产品及橄榄油质量的提高。因此果实成熟度判别和最佳采摘时机确定是油橄榄栽培管理的重要任务。笔者通过对油橄榄适生区各品种的果实成熟规律进行综合分析,最终形成一套可行的油橄榄果实最佳采摘时机评价体系,为我国油橄榄适生区高产品种果实采摘提供一定的参考。The determination of optimum harvesting time for Olive fruit (Olea europaea L.) is the foundation for olive with excellent production processing technology. In a large extent, the quality of Olive products and oil can be influenced and restricted by the problem of management and harvest time. So discrimination of fruit maturity and confirmation of the optimum harvesting time are important tasks for producing cultivation management of Olive. In this paper, a regular pattern as the fruit matures is comparatively studied on breed in Olive suitable cultivation region, and a feasible estimate system about optimum harvesting time for fruit is formed, so that to provide a reference for high-yielding varieties' optimum harvesting time in Olive suitable cultivation region.
