摘 要:在分析比较了国内外油田在堵水方面的各种技术之后,选取了泡沫暂堵液作为研究的对象,从发泡剂的抗盐能力、增稠剂的稳泡能力、杀菌剂的防腐能力及体系的抗温抗压能力四方面着手,在室内通过实验确定了泡沫暂堵液的最终配比为:0.9%VIS+0.5%WT+0.5%XJW-01+0.5%RW。通过岩心评价仪,考察了其封堵能力,并验证了其具有堵水不堵油的作用。针对南堡35-2B25 hs井自投产以来一直含水100%,无油产出的现象,对其井况以及施工过程中的困难进行了详细的分析,制定了段塞注入的作业方法,最终注入400 m3的泡沫暂堵液,使该井5年来首次产油,持续生产约半年,累积产油500 m3,得到了甲方的认可,取得了一定的成功。After analysis and comparison of various water-blocking techniques for domestic and foreign oilfields, the foam plugging fluid was taken as the object of study. Through study on the four aspects: anti-salt capability of the surfactant, foam stable capability of the thickener, anti-corrosion capacity of the antiseptic, the system's anti-high temperature and anti-high pressure capability, the formula of the foam plugging fluid was finally determined as follows: 0.9% VIS +0.5% WT +0.5% XJW-01 +0.5% RW. Its blocking capability was investigated by the core evaluation instrument, and it's verified that the foam plugging fluid can only block the water, cannot block the oil. For the NB35-2B25 hs well which didn't output oil since the operation, and had moisture content of 100%, a detailed analysis of the well conditions and the difficulties in the operation was carried out; at last a slug injection method was developed. After the injection of 400m3 blocking fluid, the well produced oil for the first time in five years, and oil production kept about half a year, cumulative oil production was about 500 m3.
