摘  要:文中首先阐述了姬塬油田的主要地质特征,油田结垢现状和结垢机理,在分析结垢成因的基础上,提出结垢防治技术,最后进行了单井地层的结垢防治现场试验,实验表明:姬塬油田开采层位多,地层水、注入水矿化度高,富含成垢离子;在以上油水井三种联合作业工艺中,被挤入地层深部防垢剂的作用主要是延缓结垢速度,延长措施有效期,而真正起提高地层导流能力作用的分别是地层压裂、地层酸化和地层除垢作业。但由于酸处理液和除垢剂的作用对象较为单一,对提高地层导流能力的作用相对较小。而挤防垢剂与地层压裂联合作业,则是综合了压裂作业大幅度提高地层导流能力和延缓结垢速度,在低渗透油田地层结垢防治中具有明显的技术优势。Geological characteristics, formation scaling status and scaling mechanism of Jiyuan oil field were introduced. Through analyzing scale formation, control technique of formation scaling was put forward, and the control technique was tested in single-well formation. The results show that Jiyuan oil field has many production positions, the formation water and injected water have high salinity, are rich in fouling ion. In combined operation of oil and water wells, the scale inhibitor that was injected in the deep strata play a role in delaying the fouling and prolonging the period of validity, and only formation fracturing, formation acidizing and formation scale removal can increase formation conductivity effect. Because the action object of acid liquid and scale remover is single, their effect to improve formation conductivity is relatively small. Combined operation of injecting scale remover and formation fracturing can greatly improve formation conductivity effect and delaying the fouling. The method has obvious technical advantages in scale prevention of low permeability oilfields.
