摘　　要：双螺杆泵能广泛应用于易结晶及粘稠的流体,并能满足各种需要保温介质的场合。本文总结了在尿素脱蜡络合反应中,以双螺杆泵替代化工流程泵的经验,探讨了在运行中出现的问题及解决办法。通过实践,在泵入口过滤器、机械密封,和轴承支座等方面的问题上研究探索,提出了一些改造和改进方法。Twin-screw pump can be wildly applied to convey viscous fluid or fluid which is easily crystallized, and can meet heat preservation requirements. In this paper, the experience of replacing chemical process pump with twin-screw pump in the complexation reaction of urea dewaxing unit was summed up, and the problems in operation and their solutions were discussed. Some improving methods of pump inlet filter, mechanical seal, pedestal bearing and other problems were put forward.
