摘　　要：绕制线圈时,采用气动恒压力压线板对圆铜线施加一个恒压力,使绕制的线圈成型好、排线均匀。此装置不仅可降低工人的劳动强度,还降低了线圈铜重、节约了生产成本并提高了产品的质量。A pneumatic constant-pressure clamp plate, which brought a constant-pressure on the round copper wire and made the finished coils with good shape and regular arrangement, was furnished on the winding machine. It not only decreased the labor strength of the worker but also lightened the weight of copper wires, saving the productive cost and increasing the products quality.
