摘　　要：YD-6/4(△/2Y)双速三相异步电动机的绕组不同于其它倍极绕组。由于它是不规则分布,两个极数的绕组系数接近。文章介绍了YD-6/4(△/2Y)H225-280的双速电机绕组连绕过桥线(连接线)绕线和嵌线工序的具体改进,做到了节约材料,减少接头,提高质量。YD-6/4 （△/2Y） double-speed asynchronous motor windings differed from other multiple-pole with the feature of irregular distribution and closed winding factors. The improvement of winding and inserting process of YD-6/4 （△/2Y） H225-280 double-speed asynchronous motor windings including connecting wire, winding and inserting were introduced. The results were saving the raw material, decreasing the number of connection and improving the winding quality.
