摘　　要：分析了火力发电气力输灰系统的仓泵进料用DN200圆盘阀频繁出现主轴断裂和键失效问题的原因,介绍了理论计算和对比试验的结果,论述了改进措施。This paper analyzes the reasons w hy the ash feeding dome valve（ DN200） of transfer vessels used in pneumatic conveying system of thermal pow er plant often has the problem of spindle fracture and button failure,And introduces the result of theoretical calculation and contrast test,expounds the improvement measures.
