摘　　要：色情和盗版侵权等非法内容在网络空间呈现一定程度的泛滥之势,给"扫黄打非"工作带来了严峻挑战。社交网络时代的"扫黄打非"工作,由于所处的环境、打击对象等方面发生了变化,存在法律法规滞后、工作方式单一、机构设置不专等问题,建议采取完善相关法律法规、改进工作方法、整合执法资源、践行行业自律以及鼓励网民参与等措施,打造一个健康、文明的网络环境。With the rapid development of Internet technologies and new applications,pornographic and illegal contents are pervasive on the Internet to some extent in the era of social media,bringing great challenges for the work of eliminating them. Due to the changes of environment and targets,the work of eliminating pornography and illegal publications has some problems in the aspects of related laws and regulations,methods and institutions. The following countermeasures should be taken： to consummate the relevant laws and regulations; to improve the working methods; to integrate the law enforcement resources; to practice self-regulation of Internet industry and to encourage the netizens to participate.
