摘 要:在对碎磨、高压辊磨等工艺流程进行分析的基础上,研究了高压辊磨系统的变频调速需求;针对其调速需求,对国产GVF系列高压变频器的转速调节策略、动定辊协同控制策略、负载功率波动调节策略进行了分析。高压辊磨系统实际运行波形显示,该高压变频器具备良好的动态响应过程以及稳定的加减速过程速度跟随,主从协同控制策略正确、有效。Based on the analysis of technological process of crushing and high pressure grinding, the requirements of variablefrequency speed-regulation of high pressure grinding system were researched. According to the requirement of speed regulation, the speed regulating strategy, cooperative control strategy and load power fluctuation regulating strategy of high voltage inverter were analyzed. Practical operation waveforms of the high pressure grinding system verified that the high voltage inverter had favourable dynamic response and stable speed following of acceleration and deceleration, and the correctness and validity of the host and slave cooperative control strategy were also verified by the practical operation waveforms of the system.
