摘　　要：2014年辽宁省的食品安全犯罪行为主要发生在畜禽养殖、加工及保健品销售等领域,具有犯罪主体特征明显、犯罪组织化程度不高、毒害食品犯罪案件突出等特点。要有效防控食品安全犯罪,必须抓住主要致罪因素,从加强食品安全宣传教育、完善食品监管保障机制、改进刑事司法等方面采取措施。Food safety crime in Liaoning province in 2014 mainly occurred in the areas of livestock and poultry’s breeding and processing,health care products sales and other fields. It’s characters were obvious style of the crime subject,low degree of criminal organization,and more prominent food poisoning crime. To effectively prevent and control the food safety crime,we must seize the main factors caused by the crime,and prevention and control countermeasues were put up including strengthening publicity and education of food safety,perfecting the supervision of food security mechanism,and improving criminal justice.
