摘 要:水安全问题威胁着人类的生命安全,是关系到国计民生的大事。进行农村地区水安全评价,在保持农村地区社会稳定、经济快速发展、生态环境不断改善等方面均具有重要意义。在充分分析各种分析方法的基础上,结合农村供水特点确定了水安全评价的指标体系,并对指标体系进行了分类分析,提出了新农村水安全状况的评价标准;针对农村水安全系统特点综合运用熵权法和模糊评价法确定了各指标的权重,建立了水安全综合评价模型。最后运用模糊评价方法对山东省5个典型农村区域的供水安全进行了评价,评价结果表明:寿光市的农村地区最安全,处于基本安全与安全之间,其次为文登市、庆云县、临朐县,最差的是肥城市,这些地区农村供水安全处于基本安全与不安全之间。The water security problem threatens the safety of human beings ,and is an important thing to the national economy and people's livelihood .The estimation of water security of rural areas is useful for rural social stability ,the rapid development of econo‐my and improving the eco-environment .Based on fully analyzing all kinds of analytic methods ,combining the characteristics of rural water supply ,water security evaluation index system is determined and is classified and analyzed then the evaluation criteria of the new rural water security are put forward .According to the characteristics of the rural water security system ,the weight of each index is determined by entropy method and fuzzy evaluation method ,and comprehensive evaluation model of water security is established . Finally ,the water security of five typical rural region in Shandong Province is evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method ,which indicates that Shouguang City is the safest ,between basic safety and security ,followed by Wendeng City ,Qingyun County ,Linqu County ,and Feichng City is the worst ,which are between basic safety and unsafety .
