摘 要:根据输变电工程滑坡地质灾害多发的问题,区别于以往地质灾害危险性和风险性评价突出地质因素的问题。基于力学机制,提出了输变电工程滑坡地质灾害危险性评价的基本内容、单因素3级评价标准和多因素5级评价标准;风险性评价的基本内容、单因素4级评价标准和多因素5级评价标准。根据危险性和风险性的5级分级情况提出了不同情况下的3级调控措施,科学、持续的管理措施为先,分级分类监测为辅,科学经济的工程防治措施为主。相关评价方法具有内容约束、可操作性强的特点,需要指出的是权重和调查必须由有经验的地质工程师定期开展。According to frequent occurrences of landslide in power transmission and substation projects ,a new hazard and risk evalua‐tion method of landslide is presented ,which is different from other past assessment methods emphasizing geologic factors .Based on mechanical mechanism ,concise content ,three level evaluation standards of single factor and five level evaluation standards of multi‐factor of landslide geological hazards dangerousness about power transmission and substation projects are studied .Simultaneously , concise content ,four level evaluation standards of single factor and five level evaluation standards of multifactor of landslide geolog‐ical hazard risks are presented .According to the classification results of dangerousness and risk ,three level control measures under different conditions are suggested .The first is spentific and continuous management ,the second is monitoring according to different levels .The last thing is reasonable and economic engineering measure .The advantages of the method are concise and highly maneu‐verable .Weight and investigation must be done by experienced geological engineers .
