摘 要:针对某X射线探测器输出信号增益需不断调节以满足后续信号采集电路的输入范围,其偏置电压需要精细调节,文章采用数字电位计和FPGA设计了X射线探测器偏置电压调节系统。阐述了所选数字电位计的参数、特点及内部结构,在此基础上给出了系统的设计方案。文章中FPGA采用SPI通信方式对数字电位计进行配置实现电阻100KΩ共256档的调节,最终给出实际测试结果 ,验证了采用数字电位计实现偏压调节的灵活性。For a certain type of X-ray detector, output signal gain should be adjusted continuously to match input range of subsequent signal acquisition circuits. Therefore, the reverse bias voltage of the detector requires fine adjustment. A digital potentiometer and an FPGA are employed to design an X-ray detector reverse bias voltage regulating system in this paper. Parameters and characteristics of the system are introduced. Internal structure of the selected digital potentiometer is presented, and design scheme of the system is proposed. An SPI communication protocol is applied in the FPGA to configure digital potentiometer output by a resister of 100kl'~ to realize 256-position adjustment. Test results show that the flexibility of reverse bias voltage adjustment can be obtained in the digital potentiometer.
