摘　　要：本文基于企业对网页即时通讯的需要,研究了在线商务咨询管理技术,分析了传统在线客服的优缺点,确定了基于Flex和SSH架构的设计方案。基于Flex和SSH架构在线商务咨询管理系统的设计与实现,满足了广大用户对网页即时通讯的需求,有效地提高了客户与企业客服的通信效率。In this paper, based on the enterprises＇ requriments of instant messaging on the Web site, online business consulting management techniques was researched, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional online customer service was an^dyzed and the design based on flex and SSH architecture was proposed.The design and implementation of management system based on flex and SSH architecture meets the needs of the majority of users. Through a large amount of experiments, its usefulness was tested and communication efficiency between customs and enterprises was improved.
