摘　　要：目的 探讨同指近、 中节指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端缺损的应用和临床效果. 方法 2013年1月—2014年10月,采用同指近、中节指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复36例42指指端缺损.结果 术后36例42指皮瓣全部成活,30例获得3-12个月随访,平均6个月,6例失访. 修复后指腹外观饱满、外形逼真、皮肤耐磨、弹性好,可恢复精细感觉及功能. 结论 同指近、中节指背筋膜蒂皮瓣,其优点为手术操作简单、安全,手术创伤小,医疗费用低,痛苦少,恢复快,患者易于接受.Objective To discuss the application and clinical effects of repairing the finger tip defect with dorsal fascial pedicle flap of proximal or middle section in the same finger. Methods From January 2013 to October 2014, use the surgical operation （Nearly, or medium section refers to the dorsal fascia pedicle flap in same finger.） to repair the finger tip defect. Altogether we had operated on 36 patients and 42 of their fingers suffered from the finger tip defect. Results All of the 36 patients with 42 finger tip defects survived. And 30 of them has the follow of three and twelve months. And six of the patients didn＆#39;t come to pay a return visit within six months on the average. After the repair operation, the finger pulp is full, and the appearance looks full and the shape looks just as the same as before. The skin has good abrasion resistance, good elasticity. Furthermore it can restore fine feeling and function. Conclusion The surgical operation （Nearly, or Medium section refers to the dorsal fascia pedicle flap in the same finger.） has many advantages. First of all, this operation is quite simple. Furthermore, it is safe and has small trauma. Thirdly, it costs less money and causes less pain. The last but not the least, patients can recover rapidly after the operation and it＆#39;s easy for them to accept.
