大鱼际肌皮瓣在拇指掌侧皮肤缺损中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 提高拇指掌侧皮肤缺损治疗的效果. 方法 根据拇指掌侧指动脉走行特点,在大鱼际肌处设计皮瓣,皮瓣皮肤结构与拇指掌侧皮肤结构相似,将皮瓣逆行转移修复拇指掌侧皮肤缺损. 结果 临床应用15例15指,皮瓣全部成活,外观及功能恢复满意. 结论 大鱼际肌皮瓣是修复拇指掌侧皮肤缺损的理想皮瓣.Objective To increase the therapeutic effect in repairment of pulp defects of the thumbs. Methods On the basis of the characteristic of thumb palmaris arteria digitalis course, design the skin flap on the muscle of thenar. The structure of skin flap is similar to the finger pulp of thumb. Metastasize the skin flap retrogradely to repair pulp defects of the thumbs. Results Among 15 fingers in 15 examples, the skin flap take completely, the function of the thumb or finger were good. Conclusion The muscle of thenar island skin flap is a perfect skin flap which is used in repair of pulp defects of the thumbs.
