摘　　要：目的 介绍空心加压螺钉治疗末节指骨骨折的临床疗效. 方法 2010年7月—2014年7月,对20例手部末节指骨骨折患者切开复位后应用加压螺钉进行内固定,并观察其疗效. 结果 全部患者进行术后跟踪随访,平均随访时间4个月,X线片显示所有末节指骨骨折均已愈合,无骨不连发生,无指甲畸形. 结论 应用加压螺钉治疗末节指骨骨折,固定牢固,疗效可靠,并发症少.Objective To introduce clinical curative effect of tensile screws for the treatment of small phalange fracture. Methods From July 2010 to July 2014, 20 cases of the distal phalanx fracture patients after open reduction and application of compression screw internal fixation were observed after operation. Results All patients were followed up with the average follow-up of 4 months, X-ray film showed all small phalanx fractures healed, no union happened, no nail deformity occured. Conclusion Application of tensile screws for the treatment of small phalanx fractures, can fix firmly, obtain reliable curative effect, less complications.
