摘　　要：目的 报道甲板前置治疗甲床部分缺损的临床疗效. 方法 对12例12指甲床部分缺损患者,应用甲板前置并缝合固定的方法进行修复,并对疗效进行分析. 结果 本组甲床缺损全部一期愈合,术后随访3-12个月,再生指甲生长良好,根据甲床修复疗效评定标准评定：优9例9指占75.0%;良2例2指占16.7%;可1例1指占8.3%;优良率91.7%. 结论 应用甲板前置治疗甲床部分缺损,方法简单,疗效满意,是手指甲床部分缺损修复的理想方法之一.Objective To present the clinical treatment outcome of Nail preposing to repair of nail-bed partial defect. Methods To analyze the treatment of 12 cases （12 fingers） with nail-bed partial defect by using nail preposing and suture fixation. Results The nail-beds all survived after operation. We have followed up the cases for 3 to 12 months. The renewable nails grew back normally. According to the nail-bed repair criteria： 9 cases are in excellent condition （9 fingers out of 12 fingers） accounting for 75%; 2 cases are in good condition （2 fingers） accounting for 16.7%; the overall excellent and good rate is 91.7%. Conclusion Application of nail preposing to repair nail-bed partial defect is a simple efficient method. The outcome of the treatment is satisfactory. It is one of the suitable way to repair the fingernail-bed partial defect.
