摘　　要：目的 探讨同指不同蒂双叶皮瓣瓦合修复手指末节脱套伤的临床疗效. 方法 2010年7月—2013年4月, 采用同指不同蒂指动脉终末背侧支岛状皮瓣与指动脉岛状皮瓣瓦合修复手指末节脱套伤18例,皮瓣供区均植皮修复. 结果 植皮全部成活,1例皮瓣远端出现部分坏死,经换药后愈合,余皮瓣均成活. 15例患者获得6-18个月随访,皮瓣质地柔软,外形饱满,手指活动较好,皮瓣两点辨别觉7-10 mm. 结论 应用同指不同蒂双叶皮瓣瓦合修复手指末节脱套伤,疗效满意,是一种较好的修复方法.Objective To investigate the effect of bilobed flaps which in different vascular pedicle of the finger on repairing degloving injury of distal phalanx. Methods From July 2010 to April 2013, the end dorsal branches of digital artery island flaps and digital arterial island flaps which in different vascular pedicle of the finger were used in 18 cases. The donor sites were covered with skin graft. Results The donor skin-grafting survived. 1 case of flap suffered little distal necrosis, and healed after dressing change, the others survived. 15 cases were followed up, follow-up time of 6 to 18 months. The flaps had satisfactory appearance and soft texture, and the finger tip had no touch pain. The movement of the finger was good. Two-point discrimination was 7 to 10 mm. Conclusion Bilobed flaps which in different vascular pedicle of the finger is a better method to repair degloved injury of distal phalanx.
