摘 要:目的:探讨将健康教育路径应用于三伏灸防治儿童反复呼吸道感染的效果。方法将200例行三伏灸治疗的反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用自行设计的健康教育路径表实施护理干预,对照组予行常规健康教育,观察两组患儿者对三伏灸防治儿童反复呼吸道感染知识的掌握情况及疗效。结果观察组患儿对健康教育知识的掌握情况和疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论健康教育路径可促进患儿及家长对相关知识的掌握,提高三伏灸治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of health education path on canicule moxibustion prevention and treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods 200 cases of routine canicule moxibustion treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into observation and control groups, patients in the observation group were given self-designed health education path table implementation of nursing intervention and in control group were given routine health education, recurrent respiratory tract infection of knowledge to grasp the situation and efficacy were observed. Results The situation to grasp the knowledge and efficacy of health education of children in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0. 01) . Conclusions Health education path could promote the situation of children and parents to master related knowledge, increase the efficacy.
