氮、磷、钾对转基因抗旱大豆与杂草生存竞争的影响

摘  要:采用田间试验方法,分别用氮、磷、钾(N、P、K)做种肥,研究了其对转基因抗旱大豆与杂草对光、温、水的竞争。结果表明,大豆施用氮、磷肥后杂草发生数量和密度均显著增加,施钾肥与不施肥相比无显著差异。转基因抗旱大豆与受体大豆相比,杂草发生种类无显著差异。转基因抗旱大豆和受体大豆施用氮肥和磷肥后杂草数量和密度明显增高,杂草的竞争导致不同冠层光照强度、不同耕层土壤温度和水分含量显著降低。Utilizing competition of light,temperature and water between transgenic drought-resistant soybean and weeds was studied with mineral fertilizer of N,P and K respectively in field.The results showed that quantity and density of weeds increased after treatment by N and P fertilizer,while those were no significant difference by K fertilizer.Weeds species was no difference between transgenic drought-resistant soybeans and its receptor soybean.Weeds quantity and density significantly increased in both transgenic drought-resistant soybean and the receptor soybean after treatment by N and P fertilizer.Competition between soybean and weeds led decrease of light activity in different plant height,soil temperature and moisture at different soil depth.
