热泵热水器搪瓷内盘管组件的技术要求分析

摘　　要：随着我国现代科技技术的不断进步,人们日常生活也得到了较大的改善,热水器已经成为了现代人最为流行的居家洗浴工具,并且普及率正在逐年增加。但同时需要注意的是,由于热水器在使用过程中用户是全身赤裸,因此一旦发生质量问题对于用户的伤害极大,而这一问题也就成为了各大热水器生产商需要解决的首要问题。本文即是对热泵热水器当中搪瓷内胆盘管组件的生产加工技术要求进行的探讨,通过对其外观、焊接技术、水压测试、冷热水冲击、搪瓷厚度等九个方面的生产技术要求进行分析,以期能为相关工作提供参考。With the continuous progress of China＇s modern science and technology,people＇s daily life has also been greatly improved,water heater has become the modern most popular home a bathing tool,and the penetration rate is increasing year by year.But at the same time need to pay attention to is that due to the water heater in use during the process of the user is naked,so once the occurrence quality problem for harm to the user greatly,and this problem has become the major water heater manufacturer needs to solve the first problem.This paper is a discussion on the heat pump water heater enamel inner coil assembly production and processing technology requirements,through the production technology of the nine aspects of its appearance,welding technology,water pressure test,hot and cold water impact,enamel thickness and other requirements are analyzed,so as to provide reference for the related work.
