摘  要:目的了解某市手术室移动式X射线机辐射危害,提出辐射防护的相关建议。方法根据国家医用X射线诊断放射防护要求及检测规范的要求进行检测,移动式X射线机曝光参数按照日常工作条件,各检测点取3次测量平均值。结果某市手术室移动式X射线机(透视功能)的防护性能、辐射水平的检测结果均符合国家标准;移动式X射线机(拍片功能)不含"光野与照射野四边的偏离"合格率为88.89%,其余各检测指标合格率均为100.00%。结论 2014年某市手术室移动式X射线机防护性能及辐射水平检测结果基本符合国家标准,应继续加强各种防护措施,有效减少移动式X射线机产生的辐射危害。Objective To understand the radiation harm of mobile X - ray machine in operation room of 2014, put forward relevant suggestions for radiation protection.Methods Accord to the national standard detection of medical diagnostic X - ray radiation protection requirements and quality control requirements, the mobile X - ray machine exposure parameters according to the daily working conditions, detection point of the average value of 3 measurements taken. Results In the operation room mobile X - ray machine (the perspective function) detection, radiation protection performance level results are in line with national stan- dards; mobile X - ray machine (filming function) from "light field and radiation field edges deviation" qual- ified rate is 88.89%, the other indexes of 100.00% pass rate. Conclusions The detection results in a city in 2014 operation room mobile X - ray machine protection and radiation levels in line with national standards, should continue to strengthen their protective measures, to effectively reduce the radiation harm by mobile X - ray machine.
