高低频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的实用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高低频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用优势。方法对第四中心医院超声科2011年6月-2014年6月经超声检查急性阑尾炎200例患者进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为两组,分别行低频及高频超声检查,每组各100例。行高频超声为观察组,行低频超声为对照组。对比两组不同部位肿大阑尾的超声显示率及手术符合率。结果两组病例均经手术后病理证实。观察组与对照组不同部位肿大阑尾的显示率及手术符合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声检查对前位急性阑尾炎的手术符合率及超声显示率高于低频超声检查,对异位及后位急性阑尾炎的手术符合率及超声显示率低于低频超声检查,两者结合检查有很大的临床实用价值。有利于提高不同部位急性阑尾炎的超声诊断率。Objective To investigate the application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in the advantage. Methods From June 2011, the fourth Central Hospital of ultrasound in 2014 6 menstrual ultrasound examination of 200 cases of acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively, which were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, for low frequency and high frequency ultrasound, each group of 100 cases. For high frequency ultrasound for observation group, control group received low frequen- cy ultrasound. Ultrasound were compared between the two groups in different parts of intumescent appendix operation rate and compliance rate display. Results Two cases were confirmed by pathology after operation. The observation group and the control group in different parts of intumescent appendix display rate and oper- ation in accordance with the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound before operation of acute appendicitis and the coincidence rate of ultrasound showed rate was higher than that of low frequency ultrasound in ectopic and, after acute appendicitis operation and the coin- cidence rate was lower than that of low frequency ultrasound sonography, combined examination are of great clinical value. To improve the ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis in different parts of the rate.
