摘 要:目的为进一步了解厦门港区的蝇类种群、密度分布及其季节消长规律,以便更好控制厦门港区病媒生物水平。方法依照《病媒生物监测方法(蝇类)》,采用笼诱法,监测时间9:00~15:00,每月中旬监测1次。结果 2012-2014年共开展36次,捕获蝇类2 658只,以大头金蝇、家蝇、丝光绿蝇和铜绿蝇为优势蝇种,分别占19.68%、18.13%、9.97%和7.41%。不同环境中蝇类密度以绿化带密度为最高达1.62只/笼·h,办公区密度最低0.79只/笼·h。结论厦门港区蝇类优势种群为大头金蝇、家蝇、丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇,全年度蝇密度6~7月份最高,2月份最低。不同环境类型中以绿化带密度为最高。Objective To further understand the fly population Xiamen Port, density distribution andsea- sonal variation in order to better control the level of Xiamen Port vectors. Methods Accordance with the " vector biomonitoring methods (Flies)" ,using fly trap method, each time for 6 hours, at 9am, 3 pm to re- cover. Mid month monitoring 1.
