Objective To investigate the variation of lymphocyte subgroup in patients with Brucellosis , Provide the basis for judging the changes of immune function in patients with Brucellosis .Methods All the blood samples came from clinical laboratory of Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Bureau General Hospital . Including 142 Brucella patients and 45 healthy people ( control group ) .Flow cytometric method was used to determine the percentage of CD3 +lymphocyte, the percentage of CD19 +lymphocyte, the percentage of CD3 +/CD4 +lymphocyte, the percentage of CD3 +/CD8 +lymphocyte and CD4 +/CD8 +ratio.Statistical analysis was carried on at the same time .Results CD3 +cells percentage in the Brucella group was increased compared with the control group , CD19 +, cells percentage in the Brucella group was decreased compared with the control group, CD3 +/CD4+ cells percentage in the Brucella group was decreased compared with the control group , CD3 +/CD8 +cells percentage in the Brucella group was increased compared with the control group , CD4 +/CD8 +ratio in the Brucella group was decreased compared with the control group ,and P〈0.05 Significant changes. Conclusions Cellular immunity and humeral immunity functions are changed in different on the patients with Brucellosis .
