国医大师朱良春教授运用益气补肾法治疗慢性肾炎

摘　　要：朱良春教授从医70余载,为我国首批"国医大师"之一,学验俱丰。他认为慢性肾小球肾炎以耗损精血,伤及肾气为其共性,水、气、血三者互相影响,肾气不足则气化无权,水湿潴留,气病水亦病;气虚则无力鼓动血液运行,络脉瘀阻,血行不利亦可病水。其病位主要在肾,正虚以肾虚为主。治疗上以益气补肾为大法,益气饶有利水之功,补肾可以巩固疗效。用药强调平补,徐徐图之。Professor ZHU Liangchun,one of the first＂national masters of TCM＂,is engaged in the medicine for more than 70 years.He thinks chronic glomerulonephritis consume blood and marrow,hurt the qi of kidney.Water,qi and blood influence each other.Deficiency of kidney qi lead to water retention;Qi deficiency is not strong enough to push blood running,then blood stasis and make water issue.The illness position mainly in the kidney,kidney deficiency is mainly deficiency.Therefore,he use the tonifying qi and nourishing kidney as the main treatment,tonifying qi is good for promote the circulation of water,nourish kidney can steady curative effect,medication stressed reinforcing.
