仝小林教授运用半夏经验

摘　　要：半夏药用历史悠久,首载于《神农本草经》,活用于《伤寒杂病论》。中国中医科学院广安门医院仝小林教授善用半夏,活用经方,应用症—证—病结合的诊疗思路,以半夏配伍治疗糖尿病、代谢综合征、失眠、呕吐、面部痤疮等病证,临床效佳。用药上,仝师亦实践出半夏的量效关系、反药应用及减毒策略,在保证用药安全的前提下,极大提高临床疗效。Pinellia has a long history in medicinal using.It first recorded in Shen Nong＇s Herbal,and Flexible applicated in Treatise on Cold-Induced and Miscellaneous Diseases.Professor TONG Xiaolin,worked in Guang＇anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,is adept at using Pinellia and creative applied classical formulae.He proposes a new Chinese medicine treatment model– combination of symptoms,syndrome and disease.Compatibility of herbs with Pinellia,professor TONG has excellent curative effect in treating diabetes,metabolic syndrome,insomnia,emesis,facial acne and so on.In the matter of using Pinellia,professor TONG also practices the dose-effect relationship,the anti-drug application and the reduced toxicity strategy.It could greatly enhance the clinical efficacy of treatment,while ensuring safety.
