七叶皂苷钠联合太宁栓对混合痔患者术后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察七叶皂苷钠联合太宁栓对混合痔术后患者的影响。方法选取2011年11—2014年2月我科收治混合痔患者191例,随机分为治疗组95例,对照组96例,2组患者均采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切(PPH)术治疗,术后给予二代头孢联合甲硝唑抗炎治疗,常规换药,治疗组在常规治疗的基础之上给予七叶皂苷钠联合太宁栓治疗,分别记录2组患者术后3、7d肿胀消退情况并评分,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价2组患者术后3、7、15d疼痛缓解情况。结果治疗组患者术后3、7d肿胀评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组术后3d疼痛VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组术后7、15d疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组伤口愈合时间显著快于对照组。结论七叶皂苷钠联合太宁栓可促进混合痔患者术后肿胀消退,减轻疼痛,利于伤口愈合。Objective To observe the effect of sodium aescinate in combined with titanoreine suppository on the patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 191 mixed hemorrhoid patients admitted in our department from November,2011 to February,2014 were enrolled in our study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 95 and 96cases in each group,respectively.The patients in the two groups were treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）,given cephalosporin of the second generation and metronidazole for anti-inflammation after operation and routine dressing change.Based on the routine treatment,the patients in the treatment group were given sodium aescinate in combined with titanoreine suppository for reducing the swelling.The conditions of swelling reducing 3and 7days after surgery in the two groups were recorded and scaled,respectively.Visual analogue scale（VAS）was used to evaluate the conditions of pain relieving 3,7,and 15 days after surgery in the two groups.Results The swelling scores3 and 7days after surgery in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The comparisons of VAS scores 3days after surgery between the two groups were not statistically different（P〉0.05）;the VAS score 7and 15 days after surgery in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Observation group wound healing time was significantly faster than the control group.Conclusion Aescinate combined with titanoreine suppository in treating with severe hemorrhoids has the advantages of swelling reducing,pain relieving,and wound healing.
