益气扶正复方提取物对小鼠免疫功能及荷瘤生存时间的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益气扶正复方提取物对小鼠免疫功能及荷瘤生存时间的影响。方法采用小鼠碳廓清法和鸡红细胞所致的血清溶血素抗体生成实验来观察益气扶正复方提取物对免疫的调节作用,通过检测S180腹水瘤小鼠生命延长率实验来测定药物对荷瘤小鼠的影响。结果益气扶正复方提取物低、中、高剂量组的脾脏系数,廓清指数K的值均大于醋酸泼尼松模型组(P<0.05);益气扶正复方提取物低、中、高剂量组及青春宝组的血清溶血素水平的值均大于空白组(P<0.01);益气扶正复方提取物低、中、高剂量组及氟尿嘧啶组的生命延长率均大于空白组(P<0.01)。结论益气扶正复方提取物具有提高机体免疫力和抗肿瘤作用。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi righting Compound extract on mice immune system and the survival time of tumor-bearing mice.Methods The immunomodulatory effect of Yiqi righting Compound extract was assessed by determining the capacity of carbon particle clearance in normal mice and generation of hemolysin antibody induced by chicken red blood cell（CRBC）.To determine the effect of drugs on tumorbearing mice by detecting S180 ascites tumor in mice life prolonging rate.Results The atrophy of mouse spleen and clearance index of Yiqi righting compound extract of low,medium and high dose groups have been increased,compared with the Prednisone Acetate model group（P〈0.05）.The level of serum hemolysin in Yiqi righting compound extract of low,medium and high dose groups and the Qingchunbao Group are higher than the blank group（P〈0.01）.The prolongation of life span of Yiqi righting compound extract and the fluorouracil group are longer than the blank group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Yiqi righting compound extract can enhance the immunity function and has antitumor action.
