中药含药血清实验动物灌胃给药剂量探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨使用中药含药血清进行体外实验的实验动物灌胃给药剂量的计算方法。方法目前关于实验动物灌胃给药剂量的计算方法有很多种,尚无统一标准。结合近年相关文献中药含药血清制备的体外实验操作中的动物灌胃给药剂量现状,如按成人、按体重、按固定剂量等计算方法,探讨相对合理和有效的计算方法。结果给药量计算应参考成人用量、体质量、血清浓度等因素计算。结论具体计算公式的选择要根据不同的研究内容而定。Objective To discuss the method of caculating Traditional Chinese medicated serum dosage.Methods At present about experimental animals to fill the stomach to dose calculation method has a lot of kinds,there is no unified standard.In combination with related literature in recent years of the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine medicated serum in vitro experiments of animals to fill the stomach to dose the status quo,such as weight,according to adults,according to fixed dose calculation method,discusses relatively reasonable and effective calculation method.Results We designed one method of caculating dosage by referencing to age,weight,serum concentration.Conclusion The specific calculation formula should be selected according to the different research content.
