摘　　要：五味子是中国的传统中药,其果实、根、茎、叶等多种部位均具有药用价值,都可起到治疗作用。五味子含有多种化学成分,其中主要含有木脂素、挥发油、多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等化学活性成分。五味子的化学活性成分与它的药理活性有着密切的联系,现代研究表明,五味子对肝脏、心血管、神经中枢系统具有一定的保护作用,还具有调节免疫、抗肿瘤等多种功效。因此,进一步研究五味子的化学成分及药理学活性对于其开发利用具有重要的意义。Schisandra is a traditional Chinese medicine of China,contained many kinds of chemical constituents,The fruit,roots,stems,leaves and other parts have medicinal value,To play a role in treatment.Primarily including lignanoid,volatile oil,polysaccharide,amino acid,microelement etc.chemical composition and pharmacological activities on schisandra will play an important role in the rationale utilization of schisandra.Modern research shows that,Schisandra has a protective effect on the liver,cardiovascular,central nervous system,involve to immune regulation and antitumor as well.Further research chemical composition and pharmacological activities on schisandra will has significance.
