摘　　要：目的:探讨医院中药饮片安全用药问题及防范措施,促进其合理应用。方法:分析医院中药饮片安全用药现状及饮片应用各环节存在问题,探寻其成因及解决办法。结果:目前医院中药饮片安全用药管理体系有待完善,仍存在一定安全隐患,需加强饮片质量控制、调配、临床应用、合理用药监测及不良反应上报、体系质量控制等环节工作,保证临床用药安全。结论:规范医院中药饮片安全用药管理体系可促进合理用药,有效规避风险。Objective： To investigate the issues of safe application and risk prevention of Chinese herbal pieces in hospitals in order to promote the rational application. Methods： Based on analysis of present drug safety situation and problems in each process during application of Chinese herbal pieces, the causes for the problems and the solutions were explored. Results： Currently the management system of safe application of Chinese herbal pieces in hospitals needs to be improved and there are certain hidden risks of safe application. Therefore it is necessary to enhance the hospital mangement including quality control of the pieces, deployment, clinical application, monitoring of rational drug use, reporting of adverse reactions as well as systems of quality control so as to ensure the safety of clinical use. Conclusion： Standardization of the management system of safe drug application in hospitals can promote rational drug use and avoid risks effectively.
