摘 要:采用离子交换法从含铼酸性溶液中提取铼,通过静态试验确定选用D296树脂,通过动态试验考察了料液pH、流速和料液与树脂体积比对铼吸附率的影响,并测定了铼吸附曲线。结果表明,在反应温度25℃、料液pH=1.5、吸附流速每小时7.2倍树脂床体积的条件下,铼吸附率达到97.91%,每克D296树脂对铼的饱和吸附容量为114mg。Rhenium was extracted from rhenium-bearing acidic solution by ion exchange.D296 resin was determined to adsorb rhenium by static test.The effects of pH value of feed solution,flow rate and volume ratio of feed solution to resin on adsorption rate of rhenium were investigated by dynamic test.The dynamic adsorption curve of rhenium was determined.The results show that adsorption rate of rhenium is97.91% and saturated adsorption capacity of D296 resin for rhenium is 114 mg/g under the optimum adsorption conditions including reaction temperature of 25℃,pH value of feed solution of 1.5,and hourly adsorption flow rate of 7.2times of resin-bed volume.
