摘 要:针对目前因水泥细度过细而导致水泥基材料容易出现干缩裂缝问题,采用聚丙烯纤维与水泥熟料粒子复掺,并通过L9(34)正交试验研究熟料粒子水泥对聚丙烯纤维砂浆收缩性能的影响。结果表明,复掺熟料粒子和聚丙烯纤维的砂浆收缩率εt与收缩龄期t之间符合εt=α1·exp(-t/α2)+β0的指数函数关系,且在显著性水平α=0.01下其相关性显著;纤维掺量对砂浆收缩影响最大,熟料粒子掺量次之,粒子粗细第三,纤维长度最小;熟料粒子粒径介于0.315~2.5mm之间且其掺量为20%,纤维掺量为0.3%,纤维长度为12mm时,砂浆的收缩最小,体积稳定性最优。The problem for shrinkage cracking of cement-based materials is easily happened by too fine cement fineness at present, using polypropylene fiber mixed with cement clinker particles, and through an orthogonal experiment L9 (34), the influence of cement clinker particles on shrinkage performance of polypropylene fiber mortar is carried out. The results indicate that the relationship between the shrinkage ratio εi of mortar and shrinkage age t conforms to exponential function εi=α1·exp (-t/α2)+β0, which is mixed with clinker particles and polypropylene fiber, and the correlation is significant at a significant level.of α=0.01. Fiber dosage has the greatest influence on mortar shrinkage, next comes clinker particles dosage, thirdly comes clinker particle size, finally comes fiber length. The shrinkage ratio of mortar is the smallest and the volume stability is optimum when the size of clinker parameter ranges from 0.315mm to 2.5mm, the dosage of clinker particles is 20%, fiber dosage is 0.3% and its length is 12mm.
