摘 要:综合考虑水体污染来源和当地水文条件等因素,对影响湟里桥控制断面水质的排污口进行排污量的削减并据此确定允许排放量,通过一维稳态水环境数学模型,根据边界水质情况和设计水文条件,在满足研究区域内部容量总量要求的基础上,建立湟里桥控制断面水质与上下游排污口排污量的响应关系,进而计算得到在控制断面水质连续达标时各排污口污染物的削减量及允许排放量,为湟里河的水质目标管理提供了技术支撑。Considering the various factors of water pollution sources and local hydrological conditions, the emissions of sources which affect water quality of Huangli bridge are reduced and the amount of allowable pollution is determined. According to the boundary water quality and the design of hydrological conditions, on the basis of the total internal capac- ity meeting the requirements of the study areas, the response relationship between the water quality of Huangli control section and the amount of sewage outfall in the upstream or downstream is established with one-dimensional steady water mathematical model. Furthermore, the reductions of the pollution and the amount of allowable pollution of each sewage outfall are calculated when the water quality of the control section reach the standard. Therefore, it provides the technical support for water quality management of Huanglihe River.
