自拟双花饮治疗混合痔术后便秘50例

摘　　要：为观察自拟双花饮治疗混合痔术后便秘的临床疗效，将100例混合痔术后便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。治疗组采用口服自拟双花饮治疗，对照组采用13服麻仁丸治疗，观察两组疗效及用药后第3天和第6天排便时出血评分情况。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为96％，对照组为88％，治疗组优于对照组。两组患者用药后第3天和第6天排便时出血情况治疗组明显优于对照组。结果表明，自拟双花饮能有效治疗混合痔术后便秘，同时能减少术后出血，是一种疗效显著，安全可靠，值得推广的治疗方法。To observe the clinical efficacy of self-design Shuanghua decoction for postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids patients, 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases for each group.Treatment group received oral Shuanghua decoction, while the controls received oral Maziren pills.Both groups were observed for clinical efficacy, scores of bleeding during defecation on the 3rd and 6th day after treatment.The results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in the total effective rate （96% vs 88%）;treatment group was superior to control group in bleeding during defecation on the 3rd and 6th day after treatment.It is concluded that self-design Shuanghua decoction is effective for postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids patients and can reduce postoperative bleeding, which is marked effective, safe, reliable and worthy of being popularized.
