摘  要:目的:建立一种HPLC法同时测定五加枣仁膏滋中主要有效成分紫丁香苷和斯皮诺素含量。方法:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液-梯度洗脱,检测波长:紫丁香苷检测波长为265 nm、斯皮诺素检测波长为335nm;柱温:40℃。结果:紫丁香苷、斯皮诺素进样量分别在0.16~0.80μg,0.10~0.50μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999,平均加样回收率( n=6)分别为98.81%、99.36%。经测定五加枣仁膏滋中紫丁香苷、斯皮诺素含量分别为0.028%和0.014%。结论:本方法一次性同时测定五加枣仁膏滋中紫丁香苷、斯皮诺素含量,方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective: To establish a double wavelength HPLC for simultaneous determination of syringin and spinosin contents in Wujiazaoren oral paste.Methods:The analysis was performed on gradient elution by using acetoniterile and 0.1%phosphoric acid, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Syringin and spinosin were detected at 265 nm and 335 nm, respectively.The column temperature was 40℃.Results:The calibration curves of syringin and spinosin showed good-linearity in the ranges of 0.16~0.80μg,0.10~0.50μg.The average recoveries were 98.81%and 99.36%.Conclu-sion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for simultaneously determining syringin and spinosin contents in Wujiazaoren oral paste.
