摘　　要：腈水解酶是一种能将腈类物质水解为相应羧酸的酶,具有广泛的底物适应性,并且能高效催化单一的反应,拥有优良的选择性。它在有机合成、降解腈类化合物以及环境治理等方面中表现出巨大应用潜力。该研究论述了腈水解酶的来源、特性以及其应用方面的进展研究。Nitrile hydratase is a kind of material can be hydrolyzed to the corresponding carboxylic acid nitriles enzyme. It has a broad substrate adaptability,and can catalyze the reaction of single,has excellent selectivity to show potential application in organic synthesis,degradation of nitrile compounds and environmental governance aspect. This paper discusses the source,nitrilase characteristics as well as its application research progress.
